Yesterday we talked about the importance of empathy. But if you only give empathy, you’re not helping couples move forward. You need to give your couples specific steps to take.
If you’re a therapist who wants to reach couples, it can be hard to get them to move forward so they get the help they need.
You feel like you’re pulling them and pulling them and they won’t budge.
